Refund Policy

JP Auto Transport LLC guarantees a full refund if an order is canceled before the vehicle is scheduled for pickup. However, if the vehicle has already been picked up by our assigned driver, the full price will be charged.

Digital Payments

JP Auto Transport LLC accepts digital payments through Stripe. By making a payment through our website, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of Stripe. We do not keep, sell, or store any personal data on our website, and all payment transactions are processed securely through Stripe.

Los Angeles, CA Litigation Agreement

Any disputes arising from the use of our website or our services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Los Angeles, California for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes.

Damage Policy

JP Auto Transport LLC holds sub-contracted carriers responsible for any damage claims arising from the transportation of a vehicle. Customers must inspect their vehicle upon delivery and note any damages on the bill of lading. Any damages reported after delivery will not be the responsibility of JP Auto Transport LLC.

Bill of Lading

A signed bill of lading indicates that the customer has received the vehicle, done an inspection, and agrees with the condition report inspection. Any disputes regarding damages must be noted on the bill of lading and reported to JP Auto Transport LLC immediately.


JP Auto Transport LLC values the privacy and confidentiality of our clients. We will not disclose any personal information to any third party unless required by law or necessary for the performance of our services.
